What is permanent lighting?
Permanent lighting is a low-profile LED system installed along the edge of your roof, fascia, or eaves. During the day it’s hard to see. At night you control it from an app or controller, so you can pick colors, scenes, and schedules without climbing a ladder every season.

- Power plan: We decide where the power supply and controller go and whether a new outlet or circuit is needed.
- Electrical work: We install any new outlets or circuits first, with permits where required.
- Light installation: We mount the LED lighting along the roofline and connect it to the power supply.
- Setup and walkthrough: We test every run, set up your controller, and show you how to change colors and schedules.
Can permanent lighting work with my other outdoor lighting?

Will I need a new outlet or circuit?
Sometimes. If there’s a suitable outdoor outlet near where the power supply will go, we may be able to use it. If not, or if that circuit is already loaded, we’ll add a new outlet or a dedicated circuit.
