About Henderson’s Electric Solutions
Powering Queen Creek and the East Valley, the Right Way
At Henderson’s Electric Solutions, great electrical work starts with integrity and ends with lasting relationships. We’re a family-owned Queen Creek electrical contractor run by Randy and Tori Henderson, and we bring safe, reliable, code-compliant work to homes and businesses across the East Valley and greater Phoenix. Our motto says it all: Solutions Only - No Excuses.
Our Story
Henderson’s Electric Solutions was founded in 2022 with a passion for precision and a simple promise: do it right the first time. Since then we’ve built a reputation for attention to detail, real customer service, and the ability to handle projects of all sizes, from a single ceiling fan to a full whole-home rewire or a commercial tenant improvement.
We specialize in custom wiring and lighting, tailored to each client’s vision. Our detailed estimates and clear timelines mean you know the plan before we start, so you can move forward with confidence.
About the Owners
Henderson’s Electric Solutions is proudly owned and operated by Randy and Tori Henderson. Randy is our licensed electrician (ROC # CR-11 341452) and is responsible for the work on every job. Tori runs the business side, from scheduling and permits to estimates and invoices, so every project stays organized from first call to final walkthrough.
Married for almost 22 years, Randy and Tori built this business on the same trust, dedication and teamwork they’ve built at home. Outside the business, they’re proud parents of three adult children, and those family values shape how we work: we treat every client’s home like it belongs to family.
Our Core Values
Everything we do is guided by four core values:
Integrity
Honest work and clear communication.
Quality
From materials to workmanship, we never compromise.
Safety
Your safety is our priority, and every job is built to code.
Customer Satisfaction
We’re not happy until you are.
Why We’re Different
What sets us apart is our dedication to custom solutions that fit your needs. Whether you’re building a dream home, remodeling or adding an ADU, renovating a business space, or upgrading your panel, we take the time to understand your goals and deliver results that exceed expectations. We’re not just electricians. We’re problem-solvers and partners in your project.
Meet the Team
The crew behind every Henderson’s Electric job. We take safety and quality seriously, even when we’re having a little fun. Here’s who you’ll meet when you call.
Randy: Co-owner, licensed electrician and “The Boss”
Randy is our licensed electrician (ROC # CR-11 341452) and the mastermind of field creativity. He can spot a sketchy attic splice from three rooms away and has zero tolerance for electrical-tape “fixes.” Whether it’s fishing new copper through impossible walls or planning a whole-home rewire, he’s already three steps ahead. His motto: “Code is law… and so is coffee.”
Tori: Co-owner and “The GirlBoss”
Tori runs the office, rules the calendar and keeps the whole operation from short-circuiting. Permits, paperwork, estimates, invoices and schedules all run through her, and she’s the reason the phones get answered and the crew shows up on time. She makes the business side as solid as the wiring.
Mikal: Randy and Tori’s son
Mikal grew up around the trade and still likes it enough to make it his daily job. You’ll find him replacing questionable splices, installing new receptacles and switches, grounding major appliances the right way and quietly making whole homes safer. Proof the family business is in good hands.
Justin: Randy and Tori’s nephew
Nephew by blood, in the trade by choice. Justin brings “I’ve got this” energy and the skills to back it up, from clean connections inside approved junction boxes to tracking down wiring disasters hidden in the walls. Just don’t ask him to settle any aunt-and-uncle debates.
Our Commitment to Queen Creek and Beyond
As a family-owned, locally operated business, we’re proud to be part of the Queen Creek community. We serve homes and businesses in Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler and Scottsdale, and across the East Valley.
When you choose Henderson’s Electric Solutions, you’re choosing a team that cares about your home as much as we care about our own. From our family to yours, we’re here to brighten your day.
