Randy – Owner, Super Electrician Man, The Boss

Randy is the mastermind of field creativity and the guy who can spot a sketchy attic splice or missing insulation from three rooms away. Think of him as the Batman of branch circuits: cape optional, multimeter mandatory, and zero tolerance for electrical-tape “fixes.” When he’s not inventing clever ways to fish new copper through impossible walls or turning rodent-damaged disasters into clean, properly sized runs, he’s the Boss who still finds time to remind the crew that “code is law… and so is coffee.” Need a full removal and replacement of every circuit (Tesla excluded, of course)? Randy’s already three steps ahead with the plan. Approach him with job questions—or snacks. Both get excellent results.

Tori – Co-owner, The GirlBoss, HR, Office Ruler, Queen HR Lady

Tori runs the office, rules the calendar, and keeps the entire operation from short-circuiting into chaos. She is the GirlBoss extraordinaire and the undisputed Queen HR Lady. One minute she’s conquering permits and paperwork like a pro; the next she’s dispensing schedule wisdom with the precision of a perfectly torqued ground connection. Need a form signed? Done. Need someone to gently (or not-so-gently) remind the guys about timelines? Also done. Tori is the reason the phones get answered, the invoices go out, and the crew actually shows up on time. Bow respectfully… or at least reply to her emails promptly. She’s the co-owner who makes the business side just as solid as the wiring.

Justin – Electrician and Nephew of Tori & Randy

Nephew by blood, electrician by choice (and a healthy dose of family peer pressure). Justin brings the energy of “I’ve got this” and the skills to back it up on every job. You’ll find him making clean connections inside approved junction boxes, hunting down speaker-wire disasters that somehow powered lights, and proving the next generation can handle a complete equipment-grounding system without breaking a sweat—or at least without admitting it. Watch him work and you’ll see the family talent running strong. Just don’t ask him to settle any uncle-aunt debates; he’s smart enough to stay neutral… mostly.

Mikal – Electrician and Son of Tori & Randy

Son of the empire, breaker of bad wiring habits, and living proof that the family business is in excellent hands. Mikal grew up around the trade and somehow still likes it enough to make it his daily job. He’s the one carefully replacing every questionable splice, installing new receptacles and switches, grounding major appliances the right way, and quietly making entire homes safer and cleaner. Surviving both The Boss and the Queen HR Lady on a daily basis? That alone deserves hazard pay—and a lifetime supply of wire nuts.

Together we’re a tight-knit crew that treats every home like it belongs to family (because for some of us, it kind of does). From eliminating hidden wall splices to final voltage and grounding tests, we bring the skill, the copper, and just enough ridiculousness to keep the day fun.
