Justin, Randy’s nephew, brings a unique perspective to our team, shaped by his early days in construction working with concrete. Christian, Randy’s middle son and our newest team member, is fondly called “the rookie.” Raised in a construction-focused household, Christian started helping his father with remodeling flip houses during elementary school, laying the groundwork for his career in electrical work. His passion for the trade emerged later, and he’s now thriving as an apprentice electrician. Beyond his work with us, Christian serves as a Sailor in the Navy—a role that fills us with pride and reflects his dedication to serving others. Balancing military service with his apprenticeship, Christian’s work ethic and determination make him a rising star in electrical services in Arizona.
