We worked alongside the general contractor, Desert Metropolitan, to bring power, data and lighting to one of the most exciting spaces in a vibrant entertainment district.

What did the Ponderosa House electrical build include?
This was a full-scope commercial tenant improvement. Our work covered:
- Complete power distribution for the dining room, bar and back of house
- Panel upgrades sized for the restaurant’s equipment
- Data infrastructure pathways for the business systems
- Custom lighting, including a Lutron lighting system with a hub controller for dimming and scenes
